HEARTLESS

The story centers around Jamie Morgan (Sturgess), a troubled photographer with red marks on his face and arm. His mother is killed by a group of youths wearing demon masks. He then finds a woman named Tia (Poesy).
He takes a deal with the devil which was to create chaos in order to remove his birthmark. He meets Tia again, but more confident and they fall in love only to realize she was using him to get jewels from his mother's safe. She eventually dies, accidentally killed by his nephew Lee during a fight, that starts after their plan to steal his grandmother's jewels is revealed to Jamie.
In the end, Jamie finally understands that all the fantastic elements of his reality were delusional, which probably indicates he might had been suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia - The birthmark never went away, the demons were actually gang members in masks and the little girl was just a figment of his imagination. He is ultimately killed by one of the gang members, burning to death after a Molotov cocktail is thrown in his direction. He then hears his father (Spall)'s voice, and they have a talk, then they hug, then Jamie turns into his adult form, looks at the camera, then it cuts to some stars, then the movie ends
